- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Add garlic, zucchini, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook briefly. Remove from heat and mix in rice, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
