- 2 tablespoons key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon key lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan. Divide cookie dough into 24 portions and press into muffin cups.
