- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- ¼ cup grated onion or chopped fresh parsley

- 4 whole wheat or brioche buns

Instructions
- Mix the Turkey: In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and optional grated onion or herbs.
- Form Patties: Form into 4 even patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Cook the Burgers: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface. Cook turkey burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Assemble: Toast buns if desired, then assemble burgers with your favorite toppings and condiments. Serve immediately.
