  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional:

  • ¼ cup grated onion or chopped fresh parsley

For Serving:

  • 4 whole wheat or brioche buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Red onion
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix the Turkey: In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and optional grated onion or herbs.
  2. Form Patties: Form into 4 even patties, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Cook the Burgers: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface. Cook turkey burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
