Description

These Turkey and Cheese Pinwheels are a delightful appetizer featuring a flavorful combination of turkey, cheddar cheese, and veggies rolled up in a tortilla. Perfect for parties or as a tasty snack!

Ingredients

Scale

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Fillings:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Assembly: Lay one tortilla flat and spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture. Layer with turkey, cheddar cheese, spinach, and red bell pepper. Roll tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  3. Chill: Wrap rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.

Notes

  • For variety, try Swiss or provolone cheese instead of cheddar.
  • You can prepare these a day ahead and store them wrapped in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
