- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Assembly: Lay one tortilla flat and spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture. Layer with turkey, cheddar cheese, spinach, and red bell pepper. Roll tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Chill: Wrap rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.
