  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups frozen peas
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna in water (drained and flaked)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter, add onion, garlic, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, peas, tuna, and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked noodles to the mixture and toss to combine. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Add Toppings: Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle crushed crackers or breadcrumbs over the top.
