Salmon Bites:
- 1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (for thickening)
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Teriyaki Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer and stir in cornstarch slurry. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Marinate Salmon: Place salmon cubes in a bowl, pour half of the sauce over them, and marinate for 15–30 minutes.
- Cook Salmon Bites: Preheat skillet or air fryer to 400°F. Cook marinated salmon for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle with remaining sauce or serve for dipping. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes

- You can also bake the salmon at 400°F for 12–14 minutes if preferred.
