These Strawberry Santas are a fun and festive Christmas dessert that are sure to delight both kids and adults. Made with fresh strawberries and a sweet whipped cream filling, these adorable treats are perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- mini chocolate chips or black sesame seeds (for eyes)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Slice off the leafy end of each strawberry so they sit flat, then cut off the pointed top third of each strawberry to create the Santa “hat.” Using a piping bag or small spoon, add a dollop of whipped cream onto the base of each strawberry to form the face and beard.
- Place the strawberry top back on as the hat. Pipe a small dot of whipped cream on top of the hat for a pom-pom and two small dots down the front for buttons.
- Use mini chocolate chips or black sesame seeds to create the eyes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
