- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
- Extra Parmesan for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté Spinach: In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and cooked spinach.
- Assemble Rolls: Roll out the dough, spread the spinach mixture evenly, roll it up, slice into rolls, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
