Description

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté Spinach: In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and cooked spinach.
  4. Assemble Rolls: Roll out the dough, spread the spinach mixture evenly, roll it up, slice into rolls, and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
