  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Sauté garlic and spinach: In a skillet, warm olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Mix ingredients: Transfer spinach to a bowl, add artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  4. Bake: Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
