For the Dip:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 ounces fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Sauté garlic and spinach: In a skillet, warm olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix ingredients: Transfer spinach to a bowl, add artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Bake: Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
