  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ¾ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the cake batter: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and flour. Stir in mini marshmallows. In a saucepan, combine butter, oil, cocoa powder, and Coca-Cola. Pour over flour mixture. Mix buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla; add to batter and mix.
  3. Bake the cake: Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
