- Rise: Let the dough rise for 4–6 hours until doubled.
- Shape Bagels: Divide dough, shape into balls, then form into bagel shapes.
- Boil: Boil in water with baking soda and honey for 30–45 seconds per side.
- Bake: Brush with butter, coat in crushed cereal, then bake until golden.
