Description

Indulge in the ultimate chocolate lover’s dream with these soft and chewy triple chocolate M&M cookies. Packed with three types of chocolate chips and colorful M&M candies, these cookies are a decadent treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Cookie Dough:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Add Chocolate: Fold in semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and M&M candies.
  5. Bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set but centers still look slightly soft.
  6. Cool: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For bakery-style cookies, press a few extra M&M candies and chocolate chips onto the tops of the dough balls before baking.
  • Do not overbake—cookies will continue to set as they cool, keeping them soft and chewy.
  • Dough can be frozen for up to 2 months.
