2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish, pinch of red pepper flakes (optional), salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Rinse and Prepare Chard: Rinse the Swiss chard thoroughly and shake off excess water.

  3. Cook Chard: Add Swiss chard to the skillet, sauté until wilted. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Season and Serve: Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
