Swiss Chard:

Instructions
- Rinse and Prepare Chard: Rinse the Swiss chard thoroughly and shake off excess water.
- Sauté Garlic: Heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Cook Chard: Add Swiss chard to the skillet, sauté until wilted. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
- Season and Serve: Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
