Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in toffee bits, pretzels, and caramel chips.
- Bake: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, flatten, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on pan before transferring to a wire rack.
