Description

Delightful Pink Chocolate Strawberries with a smooth white chocolate drizzle, perfect for festive occasions or a sweet treat. These large, firm strawberries are elegantly dipped in creamy pink candy melts and decorated with a delicate white chocolate pattern for a visually stunning and delicious dessert that’s easy to prepare in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

Strawberries

  • 1 pound fresh large, firm strawberries with green tops intact

Pink Chocolate Coating

  • 8 ounces pink candy melts (or white chocolate dyed pink with food coloring)

White Chocolate Drizzle

  • 4 ounces high-quality white chocolate for melting
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberries: Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, being careful to keep the green tops intact for easy dipping and a beautiful presentation.
  2. Melt Pink Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the pink candy melts or white chocolate dyed pink according to package instructions. Stir the chocolate until it’s completely smooth and ready for dipping.
  3. Dip Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the green top and dip it into the melted pink chocolate, swirling to coat about two-thirds of the strawberry. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off for an even coating.
  4. Set Coated Strawberries: Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray to cool and harden. To speed up the setting process, refrigerate the tray for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Melt White Chocolate: While the pink coating sets, melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted. Stir in the optional coconut oil to create a smoother drizzle.
  6. Drizzle White Chocolate: Once the pink coating is firm, use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle the melted white chocolate artistically over the strawberries for a decorative finish.
  7. Set and Serve: Allow the white drizzle to set completely before serving. Refrigerate if necessary to hasten the hardening process and keep the strawberries fresh.

Notes

  • Use fresh, large strawberries with intact green tops for better handling and presentation.
  • To color white chocolate pink, add a small amount of oil-based or powder food coloring before melting.
  • Coconut oil helps create a smoother, shinier white chocolate drizzle but can be omitted if desired.
  • Store finished strawberries in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days for best freshness.
  • For a firmer set, allow strawberries to chill longer before drizzling and serving.
