Ingredients
Fresh Pineapple:

Instructions
- Cooking the Base: In a saucepan, combine pineapple, habanero peppers, vinegar, onion, and garlic. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until soft.
- Blending: Cool slightly, then blend the mixture with lime juice, honey, salt, and cumin until smooth.
- Strain and Store: Optionally strain the sauce, then refrigerate in sterilized containers for up to 4 weeks.
Notes
- Use gloves when handling habaneros to avoid skin irritation.
- For a milder sauce, remove seeds and membranes from the peppers.
