Instructions
- Cake Preparation: Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions using a 9×13-inch pan. Let the cake cool completely, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Assembly: In a large glass punch bowl or trifle dish, layer half of the cake cubes, followed by half of the chopped peaches, half of the cream cheese mixture, and a drizzle of vanilla pudding. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Smooth the top and garnish with peach slices and a dollop of whipped topping if desired.
