Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Blend Peaches: In a blender or food processor, puree peaches until smooth. Add lemon juice and simple syrup, blend until combined.
  3. Chill Mixture: For smoother texture, strain the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Churn Sorbet: Pour chilled mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn according to instructions until firm.
  5. Freeze and Serve: Transfer sorbet to a container, freeze for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
