Description

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the fruit: In a large bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
  3. Mix the cobbler topping: In another bowl, whisk flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in milk.
