Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare Vegetables: Arrange the trimmed asparagus and cherry tomatoes in a single layer on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Roast: Roast in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly golden, and the tomatoes are soft and blistered.
- Finish: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Let the cheese melt slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

- Thicker asparagus may take a couple of extra minutes to roast.
