Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with this delectable One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli. Tender steak strips, savory cheese ravioli, and a creamy garlic butter sauce come together in a single skillet for a satisfying meal that’s bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

Steak Strips:

  • 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Cheese Ravioli:

  • 1 package (20 ounces) cheese ravioli, fresh or refrigerated
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Ravioli: Cook ravioli according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear Steak Strips: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak strips with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Add beef broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Return steak strips to the skillet and toss everything together.
  5. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra richness, add more Parmesan or a splash of white wine to the sauce.
  • Try using mushroom or sausage ravioli for a flavorful twist.
  • Best served immediately for optimal creaminess.
