Ingredients

Chicken:

1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Seasoning:

Cooking:

2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)

Garlic Butter Sauce:

5 cloves garlic (minced), 2 cups chicken broth, 1½ cups heavy cream

Noodles and Seasonings:

8 oz wide egg noodles (uncooked), ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
