Description

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit like raisins or cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, honey, eggs, vanilla, milk, and oil.
  4. Combine mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Add extras: Fold in nuts and dried fruit if desired.
