- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chicken:
- 1.5 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions

- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 to 4 hours for best flavor.
- Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill, bake, or pan-sear until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Discard any leftover marinade.
