For Skillet:

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Optional red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Prepare Meatballs: In a bowl, combine ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
  2. Cook Meatballs: Brown meatballs in olive oil in a skillet. Remove and set aside.
