Tuna Salad:
- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna (packed in water, drained)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
- 1/4 small red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 dill pickle spear (finely chopped)
- 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and black pepper to taste
- optional hot sauce or chopped jalapeño for a kick
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the chopped celery, red onion, pickle, and hard-boiled egg. Stir to combine.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- For added heat, mix in a dash of hot sauce or finely chopped jalapeño.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
