Ingredients
Ripe Mango Chunks:
2 cups
Plain Greek Yogurt:
1 cup
Whole Milk:
1/2 cup
Honey:
2–3 tablespoons (to taste)
Ground Cardamom:
1/2 teaspoon
Lemon Juice:
1 teaspoon (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom, and lemon juice (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, tapping lightly to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze: Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until fully set.
- Release Popsicles: To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds before pulling out the popsicles.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut yogurt and almond or coconut milk.
- You can also swirl in extra yogurt before freezing for a marbled look.
