- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
For the topping:
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- ¼ cup shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, ground pistachios, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, zests, vanilla, almond extract, and pistachios. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool in the oven, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Top and serve: Add cherry pie filling, chopped pistachios, and whipped cream before serving.

- For a brighter citrus flavor, increase the zest slightly.
- You can use homemade cherry compote instead of pie filling.
