Cheese Mixture:

Dry Ingredients:

- pinch of salt
Additional:
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Stir in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Shape and Bake: Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, press into a thin crust, and poke holes with a fork. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Add Toppings: Remove from the oven, add low-carb toppings, and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
