Description

Delight in these indulgent Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Dessert Cups, featuring a rich brownie base layered with creamy cheesecake filling and topped with chocolate chips, cookie crumbles, nuts, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Perfect for parties or a special treat, these no-bake cheesecake cups combine the best of fudgy brownies and smooth, fluffy cheesecake in individual servings.

Ingredients

Scale

Brownie Base

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box) OR 2 cups baked brownies, crumbled

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup or fudge sauce (for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the brownie base: Prepare and bake the brownies according to the package directions. Allow them to cool completely, then crumble or cut into small bite-sized cubes. Set aside for assembly.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble the dessert cups: Take 6 to 8 small glasses or jars and begin layering with brownie chunks at the bottom. Add a layer of the cheesecake filling on top, then sprinkle with chocolate chips, crushed cookies, and nuts if using. Repeat layering as desired to fill the cups.
  4. Finish and serve: Top each dessert cup with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle chocolate syrup or fudge sauce over the top, and add any extra toppings for a loaded and decadent finish.

Notes

  • These dessert cups can be made up to one day in advance and chilled until ready to serve.
  • For variety, try topping with caramel sauce, peanut butter chips, or fresh berries instead of the standard toppings.
  • Perfect for parties, gatherings, or as individual layered dessert bars.
