Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Shape and Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place on prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each ball with your hand or the bottom of a glass. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool and Serve: Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
