These Honey Mustard Skillet Potatoes are a delightful side dish that pairs well with a variety of main courses. The baby potatoes are cooked to perfection in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, creating a flavorful and comforting dish.

Ingredients

Baby Potatoes:

1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Potatoes: Place halved baby potatoes in salted water, boil for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
  2. Prepare Skillet: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Make Sauce: Stir in Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook Potatoes: Add cooked potatoes to the skillet, cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and caramelized.
