- ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup

- ¼ cup almond flour or oat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder

- ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
