- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and flour to form a dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Shape the Bagel Bites: Divide the dough, fill each piece with cheeses, seal, and form into balls. Place on the baking sheet.
- Egg Wash and Seasoning: Brush the bagel bites with beaten egg and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
