Description

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness.
  2. Marinate: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 5–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. Rest and Serve: Remove from the grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
