Steak:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, vinegar, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Marinate the Steaks: Pat steaks dry and place in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they’re fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Cook the Steaks: Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat, grease with oil. Grill steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Brush with reserved marinade during the last minute of cooking. Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
