Green Velvet Cake

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ÂşF (175ÂşC) and prepare a muffin pan by lining each cup with paper liners to prevent sticking.
- Make the Batter: In a medium bowl, combine the milk chocolate cake mix, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and green food coloring. Mix thoroughly according to the cake mix package instructions until smooth and evenly colored.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Using a large scoop, drop heaping scoops of the batter evenly into each muffin cup, filling them appropriately without spilling.

- Prepare Frosting: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, softened butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
