PB Fit Protein Bars:
- 1 cup PB Fit powder
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together PB Fit powder, Greek yogurt, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in rolled oats and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
- Optional: If using chocolate chips, fold them in last.
- Press Into Pan: Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Chill: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Slice and Store: Once set, slice into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
