- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Add oats: Gradually stir in the rolled oats, ensuring they are completely incorporated into the mixture for texture and substance.
- Fold in chocolate chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips if you choose to include them, distributing evenly throughout the mixture.
- Press mixture into dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the dish, using the back of a spoon or your fingers, making sure it’s compact and level.
