- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Form into meatballs and cook in olive oil until browned.
