Ingredients
Potato Gnocchi:
1 lb potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
Truffle Parmesan Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1–2 teaspoons truffle oil (to taste), salt and black pepper to taste, extra shaved Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions
- Cook the Gnocchi: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi until they float to the top, about 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
 - Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, pour in heavy cream, simmer, stir in Parmesan until smooth, and slightly thickened.
 - Combine and Serve: Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet, toss to coat, drizzle truffle oil, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with shaved Parmesan and parsley. Serve hot.
 
Notes
- Start with 1 teaspoon of truffle oil and adjust to taste.
 - For a crispy texture, pan-sear gnocchi in butter before adding the sauce.
