Description

These Garlic Cheeseburger Bites are a delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, with a flavorful beef and cheese filling baked inside biscuit cups. Perfect for parties or as a fun appetizer, these mini burgers are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

Scale

For the beef filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For the biscuit cups:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Optional garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the muffin tin: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook the beef filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until fully browned. Drain excess grease and stir in both cheeses until melted and combined.
  3. Prepare the biscuit cups: Flatten each biscuit slightly and press into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups to form a shell.
  4. Fill the biscuit cups: Spoon the beef and cheese mixture evenly into each biscuit cup.
  5. Add garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of the filled biscuits.
  6. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Serve: Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
  • You can prep the beef filling ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
