  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the rigatoni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Steak: Season steak tips with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt 2 tbsp butter in the skillet, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Stir in cream, Italian seasoning, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce, add steak tips and juices. Melt remaining butter over the top, garnish with parsley.
