  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Shape and Cook the Flatbreads: Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a thin oval or circle. Heat a non-stick skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden spots appear and it puffs slightly.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  4. Finish and Serve: Brush the warm garlic butter generously over each flatbread as soon as it comes off the pan. Serve warm.
