  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F: Grease and line three 8-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the cake batter: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla, then mix in sour cream. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, then fold in sprinkles.
