  • ground cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
  • ground nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
  • salt (1/4 tsp)

Crust:

  • unsalted butter (2 tbsp, cut into small pieces)
  • refrigerated pie crusts (2, for double crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss peaches: Toss sliced peaches with lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Mix sugars and spices: In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Coat peaches: Add sugar mixture to peaches, toss gently to coat.
  5. Prepare crust: Line pie dish with one crust. Fill with peach mixture and dot with butter.
