Instructions
- Cream Cheese Filling: In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Assembly: Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread cream cheese mixture and strawberry jam on each slice. Roll tightly, seam side down.
- Egg Coating: Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Dip each roll-up in the mixture.
- Cooking: Heat butter in a skillet. Cook roll-ups until golden and crisp on all sides.
- Cinnamon Sugar Coating: Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll cooked roll ups in the mixture.
- Serve warm.
