4 large, thinly sliced

Garlic:

Tomato Paste:

Dry Red Wine:

Low-Sodium Beef Broth:

8 cups

Worcestershire Sauce:

Instructions

  1. Season and Sear Ribs: Season short ribs, then sear in a Dutch oven until browned. Set aside.

  3. Deglaze and Simmer: Deglaze with wine, add back ribs, broth, Worcestershire, thyme, and bay leaf. Simmer.
