  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1/3 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped pickles, pickle juice, cheese, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape Fritters: Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture and shape into small fritters.
  3. Fry Fritters: Heat oil in a skillet, fry fritters in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
