Instructions

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, pickle juice, buttermilk, and vegetable oil.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
